4 Brandon Road
Following the acquisition of 4 Brandon Road in 2022, planning consent was gained for the site in November 2023.
We are proceeding with the delivery of this market leading development. As such, we intend to be on site from mid-April 2024 to begin the construction of the site.

The site will be redeveloped entirely and will include the demolition of the former VDC building.
​
The demolition programme will start immediately and comply with noise and other statutory regulations set out by the council.

4 Brandon Road
With a 10-week demolition programme, we expect the main body of construction works to begin in Summer, with ultimate completion in early 2026.

The construction programme will be led by respected construction contractors Morgan Sindall, who will be contactable throughout the delivery process.
​
Once complete, 4 Brandon Road will host a new vibrant and flexible five storey building. The development will be built and available for R&D and laboratory tenants, as well as those operating in the light industrial sector.

It will act as a natural extension to the facilities at 5-10 Brandon Road and will form one part of the new knowledge cluster being built within the Tileyard Quarter.
5-10 Brandon Road
Following the purchase of 5-10 Brandon Road in 2022, construction is now complete.
As part of the new Tileyard Quarter cluster, 5-10 Brandon Road will form the largest floorspace of all the buildings coming forward. We expect to be welcoming tenants from Summer and Autumn this year.
