We are proud sponsors of annual local community events in the neighbourhood built around community, inclusion and wellbeing including Clocktower Festival and Cally Festival. We also take pride in our involvement in social initiatives and community building. At our site Versa, located on 4 Brandon Road within the King’s Cross Knowledge Quarter, the project has delivered significant social value, including through our supply chain. This has included providing work experience and placements for local residents, students and apprentices alongside holding educational engagement events for students and the wider Islington community.

At our site Mayde, we host science and innovation community events such as CGT Circle – a women in Cell & Gene Therapy networking event for students in the field through to C-Suite leaders. Tileyard Quarter will support the growing Kadans science and innovation community. Mayde Social Café, located in the ground floor of Mayde offers a range of food, beverages, indoor and outdoor space for the Kadans community, workers, local residents and the wider community to enjoy.
